Please read the following terms of service before signing up for a new membership with FetishNails.com. These terms are in effect when visiting the member's areas of our site.
New FetishNails.com monthly memberships are 4 weeks long.
Memberships begin on the day members are assigned their
username and password. FetishNails memberships are
offered to individuals for their personal,
entertainment use only.
Memberships are paid for in advance and extend to a
specified date in the future. Non-recurring memberships
expire on that date unless renewed on or before that date.
Recurring subscriptions will automatically renew each
time period provided payment transactions proceed suc-
cessfully. All monthly recurring memberships will renew
if not cancelled but can be easily cancelled for any
reason. Therefore, you do not need to cancel a
non-recurring membership to avoid additional charges but
you must cancel a recurring membership prior to renewal
to stop regular charges to your credit card.
Any expired or cancelled membership must be renewed as
a new membership. Please pay close attention to the
payment options and choose carefully when signing up or
renewing.

Membership dues are non-refundable, even if a member
cancels his membership early.
FetishNails.com does not guarantee the number of updates
that will occur during the duration of your membership.
It is possible that no updates will occur during the
cycle of your membership period. FetishNails.com does
not make guarantees as to the the amount and type of
content added to the site. As there are no set dates
and times for site updates, all updates will occur
when deemed necessary by FetishNails.
Signing up for a FetishNails.com membership confirms
your agreement to pay your credit card issuing
institution for the subscription charges incurred,
and you agree to the binding contract between you
and your credit card issuing institution.
When paying by PayPal, you agree to adhere to the
terms and conditions of your contract with PayPal.

Joining FetishNails.com affirms your agreement to all
original entrance Terms and Conditions as displayed on
the applicable member's entrance page. You confirm
you are at least 18 years old and that it is legal for you
to subscribe to and view this content.

FetishNails does not post hard-core, sexually
explicit material. However, fetish-oriented content is
intended solely for adults and hence members are
responsible for adhering to the FetishNails entrance terms
regarding the viewing of adult related content within
their community. All visitors take full responsibility

discontinue the website at any time for any reason,
with or without a refund.

your membership without a refund. Fetishnails.com reserves
the right to cancel a membership when deemed necessary
without a refund based on inappropriate member activity.
Be aware that some acts may be a more serious violation
of copyright law.
1) Publishing or sharing your assigned username/password.
Any username/password found on any warez site will be
deleted immediately.
2) Publishing, sharing, reselling, public posting, or
other distribution of FetishNails.com content without
prior written permission.
3) Hacking, tampering, altering, or otherwise damaging
FetishNails.com content, hardware, or software. This in-
cludes using software designed to download the entire
website, engaging in any unauthorized downloading, or
doing other acts that interrupt normal FetishNails.com
visitor traffic. FetishNails.com website material is
only intended to be accessed via web browser.

to be defective and/or cause any damages to your computer,
you, the member, and not FetishNails.com assumes the entire
cost and all damages which may result from any and all such
defects. This disclaimer of warranty is applicable where
appropriate based on legal rights that vary from state to
state or by jurisdiction. Under no circumstances shall
FetishNails.com, its suppliers, licensees, resellers, or
other subscribers, or their suppliers, licensees, resellers
or subscribers be liable to you or any other person for any
indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of
any character including, without limitation, damages for
loss goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or
malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages
resulting from any use of software or services provided by

limited to the amount of membership fee paid by or on
behalf of the subscriber to FetishNails.com for the
preceding month.
